Shipping Policy

We ship Lumileaf tea from the United States to customers worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

• United States: Standard 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $80. A flat rate applies below the threshold and is shown at checkout.
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed, or marked delivered but not received, email 657023661@qq.com and we’ll help track it down.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
